Located in Germantown, Maryland, Century XXI is a cluster of office buildings connected through a parking garage. It features 360,000 square feet of office space and concealed back access for the use of its tenants. Upon its completion in 1973, two of Century XXI's first tenants included the Atomic Energy Commission and American Satellite.
