
Designed around the Ballston Metro Station in Arlington, Virginia, the Ballston Metro Center is a
13-story mixed-use building spanning an entire city block. It was completed in 1990, and
houses 200,000 sq. ft. of office space, a
hotel, and a very well-situated condominium community.

The Ramada Hotel offers 209 bedrooms as well as
ample dining facilities and several ballroom and conference spaces. Situated above the hotel is Altavista
condominiums, containing 277 luxury condominium units. In addition to being conveniently located,

Located in the public area at ground level is a seven-story glass atrium, surrounded by two levels of
