For the renovation of the apartment building Hunters Run, Holle & Lin evaluated the building's rehabilitation needs in the common areas and the interior of the apartments, and subsequently designed and planned the renovation of the building. The apartment units were carefully renovated as they were vacated, which was completed in 1987.
