As the name suggests, The Greens sits amidst the fairways at the Leisure World of Maryland in Silver Spring, offering stunning and exciting views of the golf courses and its patrons. Within its four 10-story buildings, there are 960 units and a dozen different floor plans, providing fresh and luxurious adult homes. The Greens features the optional enclosed terraces that are a popular feature with many buyers, and that have been repeated on many of Holle & Lin’s projects because of their success. The Greens was completed in 1988, the first of Holle & Lin’s projects at Leisure World.
