The third project to be constructed at the Leisure World of Virginia, The Magnolias is a group of three 4-story low-rises begun in 2000 that adds contrast to the two previously-built high-rise buildings, Riverbend and Blue Ridge. The Magnolias were designed to contain a total of 167 condominium units, within three buildings surrounding a circular fountain. Designed in the low-key, colorful style of a historic Southern town, each of the Magnolias buildings has a distinct personality of its own. The condominiums feature 13 customizable floor plans, including a variety of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. All of the Magnolias' units offer 9-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, optional enclosed balconies, and stunning views of the nearby golf course, the adjacent Clubhouse, and the breathtaking natural surroundings.
